No, once software is downloaded and the license key is activated, returns are not accepted. We provide detailed descriptions, demos, and trial versions (where available) to help you make informed decisions before purchase.
We communicate any delays immediately and provide revised timelines. For significant delays caused by us, we may offer compensation such as extended support or discount on future services. Delays caused by client (late feedback, content delays) may extend timelines without compensation.
Yes, we ship physical products internationally via FedEx, DHL, or other reliable carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Digital services are delivered worldwide with no additional shipping costs.
We provide a tracking number via email once your physical product is shipped. You can track it on the carrier's website. For digital services, you can track progress through our project management portal where we provide regular updates.
